The list of NCAA hockey players who went on to have fruitful NHL careers is not SUPER extensive, but there are still impressive resume’s on there. What you may not have known, however, is that list includes one of the game’s greatest goal scorers.
That’s right, “the golden Brett” Hull played for two seasons as a UMD Bulldog. In that second season, he scored 52 goals, good for the 8th best single-season mark in NCAA history. Who knew he had it in ‘im?
