Cool Fact of the Week 2/17/13 – 2/23/13


When he’s not being a tool who resorts to dirty tricks such as behaving like a toddler and biting people’s fingers, Alex Burrows is a very skilled and athletic hockey player. Much of that is owed to his ball hockey career, which lasted from 2000 to roughly 2006 when he became a full-time member of Vancouver’s roster. Burrows experienced a lot of success in that time, winning the national title with the Montreal Red Lites each of those years and earning two gold medals on the international stage. He is a member of both the Canadian and International Ball Hockey Hall of Fames. If only he could always exhibit that sort of class…
